Alleged victims of harassment by West Hollywood Mayor John Duran spoke at Tuesday’s City Council meeting, during which councilmembers voted to return the mayor’s term limit to one year and vowed to seek ways to legally oust Duran, who is refusing to step down.
Last week, three of the five councilmembers had publicly called for Duran’s resignation after he was accused of misconduct involving fellow members of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reported.
