After an uptick in reports of unruly passengers, the Federal Aviation Administration wants to encourage authorities to bring criminal action against people who break rules on planes. Additionally, the FAA is encouraging airport restaurants and bars to enforce the rules that prohibit passengers from taking alcohol to-go. In a report, the organization says they have linked a number of unruly passenger incidents to alcohol.
