A 3.7-magnitude earthquake rocked Piru Sunday evening, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The earthquake struck at 9:18 p.m. with a depth of 9 miles.

Castaic was 9 miles from the epicenter and Santa Clarita was 16 miles away.

KTLA viewers reported shaking in Simi Valley, Northridge, Chatsworth, Canoga Park, Thousand Oaks and Santa Clarita.

No damage was immediately reported.
