The Rose Bowl in Pasadena has been the sight of many unforgettable moments, but for Levy Randolph it was the place where he met the love of his life, and years later, arranged for a special wedding proposal that has been seen by millions of people.

Described as a hopeless romantic, Randolph arranged for a videographer to record an entire day of events he planned for his girlfriend, Tiffany Rogers, who thought she was visiting California to attend a military event for Levy’s father.

Rogers would quickly discover this was no ordinary day, as she was taken by limousine for hours of pampering and shopping with her friends.

But it wasn’t until she arrived at the place she and Randolph met nearly five years ago that the tears began to fall.

“I decided to bring you back where it all started,” Randolph said and then asked her to marry him.

The couple kissed as friends and family cheered and then Randolph shouted, “she said yes!”

The video, shot by Candlelight Films, has been viewed more than 3 million times as of Wednesday.
