Police were asking for the public’s help in identifying a man sought in a strong-arm robbery at a Target store in the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw area of Los Angeles.

The robbery occurred around 9:50 a.m. on Oct. 27 at a store in the 3500 block of S. La Cienega Boulevard.

The man pushed and punched a store security guard who tried to stop him from leaving with several stolen items, according to a Facebook post from the Los Angeles police Department’s Southwest Division.

The robber was described as a black man in his 30’s, standing 6 foot 2 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds.
