The Los Angeles Police Department is looking for the shooters who shot two teens in Panorama City, killing one of them.

The shooting was reported just after 9 p.m. in the 8300 block of Willis Avenue, where two people were shot, according to Officer Tony Im.

Those two victims, later identified in a press release as boys aged 16 and 17, drove themselves to a local hospital, where the 17-year-old succumbed to his wounds.

The 16-year-old was treated for a gunshot wound to his leg.

The LAPD release did not contain any information about the shooters, but Im said the were two males last seen headed north on Willis Avenue in a gray Honda Civic.
