A reward is being offered in the search for a man accused of robbing mail carriers in Baldwin Park.

The suspect was identified as Ruben Baca Lopez, according to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

Lopez is accused of targeting mail carriers on two separate occasions — on April 6 and May 6.

USPS is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to his arrest and conviction.

Lopez is described as a Hispanic man standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. 

He typically travels on foot or uses a rideshare service to get around, officials said.

A federal warrant for his arrest was issued and authorities are asking anyone who spots Lopez to avoid approaching him.

Anyone who sees Lopez is asked to call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455, say “Law Enforcement” when prompted and reference case number 2991276.
