Jamba’s latest drink adds some sweet heat to menus nationwide.

The quick service restaurant and juice bar has collaborated with the Mexican spice blend Tajin on its new “Watermelon Tajin” smoothie. The drink blends watermelon-flavored grape juice, raspberry sherbet, strawberries, pineapples and Tajin mild hot sauce.

The new drink is a part of Jamba’s 2024 Watermelon smoothie lineup, which also includes the Watermelon Lemonade Smoothie, another new item and the Watermelon Breeze Smoothie, a returning item.

The watermelon smoothie lineup will be available at Jamba stores nationwide until Sept. 9 or while supplies last, a news release said.

Jamba isn’t the only company that released sweet and spicy drinks ahead of the summer season.

Starbucks released its spicy refreshers in April to mixed reviews.
