An earthquake measuring a magnitude of 4.3 hit the Lucerne Valley area on Friday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake hit at 10:13 p.m. at a shallow depth of 1.2 miles. It was initially reported as a 4.4-magnitude quake.
The quake was centered 22 miles east, northeast of Lucerne Valley and 27 miles north, northeast of Big Bear City, the USGS stated.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.
