One person was killed and a second wounded when a fistfight escalated into a shooting outside an ARCO gas station at Marine and Inglewood avenues in Redondo Beach on Thursday afternoon, police said. A family member identified the man killed at 19-year-old “Mike” Sebastian Cortez. The gunman escaped. Steve Kuzj reports from Redondo Beach for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on Thursday, June 16, 2016.
