Hermosa Beach is cracking down on partying in the small beach town this Fourth of July, with more than 100 police officers and mounted deputies on patrol and fines tripled for holiday citations. Open container citations will cost $1,500, up from the normal $500, the city said. Christina Pascucci reports for the KTLA 5 News on July 4, 2016.
