You’ve heard of farm-to-table, but what about farm-to-vase? BloomThat is an app that is delivering fresh flowers on-demand!

Delivering flowers is nothing new. Many companies have been delivering flowers for years now, but BloomThat is putting a cool new spin on it, and they are doing it faster than just about anyone else. They can get you a beautiful bouquet the day after you order, and in some areas, they can even get it to you in an hour or two!

On this episode of Tech Smart: America on Demand, I visit BloomThat’s flower farm in Oxnard, California to talk with founder David Bladow and his wife Callie, who David describes as the engine that drives the company. I got a great lesson on the entire process a bouquet of flowers goes through from the moment you click “Order”, to the minute it arrives at your door. David and Callie also got pretty candid about the company’s early struggles, and how they overcame those hurdles to make BloomThat the striving business it is today.

I hope you enjoy what is definitely the best-smelling episode of Tech Smart: America on Demand.
