An Amber Alert was issued Monday for a 7-month-old old boy abducted in Sonoma County, allegedly by his mother.
The Amber Alert was issued by the California Highway Patrol for about half of the counties in the state — in Central and Northern California.
Henry Massey was abducted in Guerneville, allegedly by mother Hannah Ashley, who drives a silver 2005 Subaru Forester with California license plate No. 5JKZ255.
If you see the vehicle, call 911, CHP said.
Massey is described as white, 26 inches tall, 15 pounds, with brown hair and gray eyes.
Ashley is a white 35-year-old woman, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Henry was reported missing from his crib at his grandmother’s home about 8:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
“There has never been a threat of violence towards the child and the child is not believed to be in danger, however the grandmother has legal custody,” the Sheriff’s Office said. “During recent child visitations it was reported that Ashley made threats to take her child back.”
