Both assaults occurred on separate days in Burlington Coat Factory located at 4777 E. Mills Circle, the Ontario Police Department stated in a news release.

On Oct. 9 and Oct. 29 the man lured the girls, ages 5 to 10 years old, away from their parents and began to inappropriately touch them, the Police Department stated.

Police released surveillance images of the man and later identified him as 37-year-old Carlos Castillo of Yucaipa.

Castillo was arrested Wednesday night in a parking lot in the 1300 block of North Mountain Avenue in Ontario, the Police Department stated.
