Happy birthday, Los Angeles. The city celebrated the 236th anniversary of its founding in 1781 with a festive gathering that began at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels and continued with a colorful procession to La Placita Church. Steve Kuzj reports for the KTLA 5 News at 6 on Aug. 26, 2017.
