A 22-year-old man who has Down syndrome has been found after his family reported him missing in Lomita, officials said Sunday.

Sheriff’s officials and worried family members had asked the public’s help finding Giordan Lindsey Haslam after he vanished Saturday.

Haslam was last seen walking way from Lomita Park at 24428 Eshelman Ave. around noon, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement.

The agency later thanked those who helped in the search.

“He was found safe and has been reunited with his grateful family,” the Sheriff’s Department said.
