Jennifer McGraw is a general assignment reporter for KTLA 5 News. She joined the station in July 2019.
Jennifer’s greatest motivation is reporting on stories that make a difference. For the past 10 years of her news career, she’s covered the deadly wildfires across Northern California, devastating storms and floodwaters in Kentucky, and stories of consequence across Idaho.
As gratifying as it was to serve those communities, Jennifer is realizing a personal dream by returning to Los Angeles. Born and raised in the Southland, Jennifer went away to college at San Francisco State University, earning her degree in journalism with a minor in political science.
Jennifer strives to tell all sides of a story and bring light to those voices who may not otherwise be heard.
When not dedicating her week to her KTLA family, she spends time with her family living in Southern California. As an avid Dodgers fan, she is often representing Dodger blue at Chavez Ravine or watching wherever she can. She loves hiking with her best friend, a standard poodle named Bug, and enjoying the beautiful beaches up and down the Pacific Coast Highway.
