Natalie Lizarraga is a digital multimedia journalist and cohost of “5 Live,” KTLA’s digital-only newscast.
As an L.A. native, Natalie is happy to be back home, after spending the last three years in the Midwest as a morning anchor.
Natalie was born in Arcadia, raised in the San Fernando Valley and attended High School in Calabasas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in television production from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and later graduated with her master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
After graduation, Natalie worked for CBS Television and “Entertainment Tonight” as a talent assistant and field producer, covering movie junkets, red carpet premieres, the Super Bowl, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes and the ESPYs.
In 2015, Natalie joined WKEF-TV in Dayton, Ohio, as the morning traffic and entertainment anchor.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to the Bahamas, fostering dogs for the Humane Society of Los Angeles, trying every new workout the city of L.A. has to offer and catching up with her loved ones.
