Jessica has put together “cheese” cake, but not the kind you’re thinking.

It’s savory, not sweet, and involves wheels of brie stacked on top of each other on a cake stand that you can decorate with fresh fruit.

“It looks like a beautiful cake, but I think this is a really fun, pretty festive way to kind of shake up the cheese board,” she explained.

It’s perfect for Mother’s Day, a baby shower or party!

“Cheese” Cake

Ingredients:

3 wheels of Brie Cheese  (different sizes)

Strawberries

Blueberries

Blackberries

Raspberries

Grapes

Tangerines

Golden Berries

Honey with honeycomb

Sage

Rosemary

Instructions:

  • Stack your brie wheels to create your cake.
  • Decorate your cake with berries and fruit.
  • Drizzle honey and add pieces of honeycomb.
  • Garnish with sage and rosemary.
  • Serve with a French baguette. 
  • Enjoy!
