There’s a celebration in downtown Los Angeles today at the Music Center’s 45th Annual Very Special Arts Festival Family Day.
From 11am – 2:30pm the one-day festival invites children of all abilities and their families to enjoy free art activities, workshops and performances. The KTLA Street Team is there as well and free parking is available at The Music Center’s main garage when you tell the parking attendant you are coming to the festival.
