Hours after Netflix confirmed it had ordered a sequel to “Full House,” original cast member Lori Loughlin said on Tuesday that she was surprised to learn that there would be a spinoff to the popular ’90s television sitcom.
“And I’m like, ‘What?’ I have no deal,’” she told Sam Rubin on the KTLA 5 Morning News.
She added other several other key actors in the original series have not signed on either, including Bob Saget and Dave Coulier.
Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky, said she was amenable to appearing on the reunion show as long as the deals for all the cast members were fair.
“They have reached out, they have to be fair to all of us with these deals. And right now, they’re not being fair to some of us,” she said. “If they’re not fair to all of us, a few of us will not be coming back.”
The show, which would appear on Netflix, was tentatively titled “Fuller House,” according to CNN. Some of the original stars, including John Stamos, Candace Cameron-Bure and Jodie Sweetin have already signed on.
