The Pan African Film and Arts Festival ArtFEST is back in Baldwin Hills.
The show features more than 100 artists at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
Jasmyne Cannick, a board member for PAFF, said the festival is the largest Black History Month event in the country.
