Skiers and snowboarders alike are enjoying the deluge of precipitation brought on by the latest round of winter storms in Southern California.

Mammoth Mountain in the Eastern Sierra reports that 10 feet of snow has fallen at the resort since February began.

Eleven inches fell just overnight between Monday and Tuesday, resort officials said. More could fall leading into Wednesday.

Mammoth is currently operating at full capacity with all its lifts and trails open every day, weather permitting.

Snow and water remain possible in the coming days, but sunshine is in the forecast for Mammoth later this week.

“Conditions will be excellent for those looking to enjoy all the new snow the resort has received so far this month,” a spokesperson for Mammoth Lakes Tourism said.
