Molly Shattuck, 47, turned herself in to the Sussex County Superior Court in Delaware on Wednesday, two days after being charged with multiple counts of third-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and providing alcohol to minors, the Delaware State Police said in a news release posted to Facebook.

The mother of three began developing a relationship with the boy after she “spotted” his photos on Instagram in May and gave him her cellphone number, Baltimore television station WBAL reported, citing court documents.

They first began meeting in the area where they resided near Baltimore. The incident that prompted the investigation and charges occurred over Labor Day weekend at a vacation rental home in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

At some point during the long weekend, Shattuck allegedly had a sexual relationship with the teen, according to the Facebook post.

Court documents showed that the boy told police Shattuck had performed oral sex on him, and that she also offered to have sex with him, which he said he declined, according to WBAL.

She was also suspected of providing alcohol to other minors staying at the rental home, police said.

The boy reported the incident in late September to the Baltimore County Police Department, which in turn contacted the Delaware State Police, according to the Facebook post.

A search warrant was secured, and detectives combed through Shattuck’s Baltimore residence on Oct. 1 looking for evidence, according to police.

Shattuck was indicted on Monday.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charges and was out on $84,000 bail, according to WBAL.

Shattuck is a former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader who at one time was the oldest cheerleader in the NFL.

She has also been identified as the estranged wife of Mayo Shattuck, a prominent Baltimore businessman who is the former CEO of Constellation Energy Group.

Shattuck has also authored a healthy lifestyle book and appeared in a fitness DVD.
