Aaron Paul Has ‘Breaking Bad’ Scavenger Hunt Ahead of Emmys

Fans of the hit television show “Breaking Bad” had the opportunity to meet cast members and get signed items from the popular show on Monday, thanks to a scavenger hunt put on by actor Aaron Paul in the Hollywood area.

Aaron Paul tweeted out this photo of the first winners of the Breaking Bad scavenger hunt.

Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman in the series, announced the scavenger hunt five days ago on Instagram.

“There will be signed Breaking Bad scripts, posters, dolls, action figures and some really cool Breaking Bad art hidden all over the Hollywood area,” Paul stated in the post.

He added that he was giving out the goods in honor of the Emmy’s “and the final time Breaking Bad will be up for anything” at the awards show.

The critically acclaimed show ended its fifth and final season last September.

It was up for six Emmys, including “Outstanding Drama Series” and “Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series.”

Star Bryan Cranston, who played Walter White in the series, was once again nominated for “Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.” Paul is nominated in the supporting actor category.

The scavenger hunt was initially scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. and last two hours, but Paul tweeted out the first clue around 9:45 a.m.

The first location was at the IHOP located on Santa Monica and La Cienega boulevards.

Four people got to meet cast member R.J. Mitte, who played Walter White Jr. — also known as “Flynn” — on the popular program, and got a signed box of his character’s favorite breakfast food.

Subsequent locations included Pinches Tacos on Sunset Boulevard, and a Guitar Center, where fans got a chance to win a signed copy of the Pilot script.
