Dockworkers Hit Freight Backlog After Reaching Tentative Deal With Shipping Companies

Days after a shutdown of 29 West Coast ports was averted, some 20,000 dockworkers affected by contract negotiations began working to relieve the worst freight backlog seen in a decade.
