Enrique Marquez Jr., a friend of San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook, was indicted Wednesday on additional charges related to the terrorism attack.

Marquez already faces charges for allegedly supplying the weapons Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, used in the attack, which killed 14 people, and for conspiring with Farook in 2011-2012 to attack Riverside City College and the 91 Freeway. Both of the latter alleged plots were aborted. Federal prosecutors also accused Marquez of marriage fraud involving his wife. Marquez told authorities that he was paid to marry her.

Prosecutors modified the charges Wednesday to add a second gun allegation, saying he made false statements when purchasing the weapons. Additionally, he faces a second charge claiming he provided false information on immigration papers related to his wife. Prosecutors said he claimed he was living with his wife in Corona when in fact he was not.

He now faces a total of five counts in the new indictment.
