An investigation was underway in a Long Beach neighborhood on Thursday morning where a police shooting occurred overnight, officials reported.
The shooting took place at about 11 p.m. in the 100 block of West 52nd Street, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Details of the shooting remain unclear.
