Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva is scheduled to testify Friday about gang-like groups of deputies within the Sheriff’s Department.
The alleged gang-like groups, some referred to as the Banditos and the Executioners, have been accused of violent policing and celebrating deputy shootings.
