L.A. Welcomes Year of the Rat at Japanese American National Museum's Oshogatsu Festival

Los Angeles welcomed the Year of the Rat Sunday as the Japanese American National Museum hosted its Oshogatsu Family Festival.

The Japanese New Year Celebration featured food, entertainment, arts and kids’ activities.
