Authorities say a 37-year-old man posed as a food delivery driver in order to burglarize homes in Orange County.

Marcus Allen Corner of Monrovia was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Irvine Police Department, Corner was captured on surveillance cameras in the western part of the city carrying a food bag and visiting homes and apartments.

Police tell KTLA’s Chip Yost that Corner would knock on doors and peer through windows to see if anyone was inside. In one case, police he was confronted by a homeowner while trying to remove a window screen.

A video shared by police shows Corner allegedly inside an apartment he was burglarizing. They have allegedly connected him to at least four cases so far and are hoping other potential victims come forward.

Corner was booked at the Orange County jail on multiple burglary charges with bail enhancements.
