Dawud Abdulwali, who is suspected of setting the spectacular Dec. 7, 2014, fire that destroyed the under-construction Da Vinci apartment complex in downtown L.A. was on Wednesday ordered to stand trial. He will be arraigned on May 25. Testimony during a preliminary hearing revealed that, according to witnesses, Abdulwali had been angry about police shootings.
