Students arrived for in-person instruction at Garfield High School in East Los Angeles on Tuesday, continuing the phased reopening of schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Superintendent Austin Beutner was on campus to welcome students back, take a tour of the campus and visit classrooms.
