The wife of a father of four gunned down as he rode in his cousin’s truck on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim was pleading Friday for the public’s help in bringing his killer to justice.
Agustin Villegas was riding in the passenger seat of a white Ford F-150 pick-up truck on Monday night with his cousin and their two teenage sons when he was hit.
Villegas died at the scene. His 42-year cousin was also wounded but survived.
The teenage boys were not injured.
Villegas’ wife, Reyna, described her husband as a man with no enemies.
Through an interpreter, she called the 34-year-old “a good husband and a great father.”
She said he worked hard to make sure his children had everything they needed.
Now, she was faced with raising their four sons by herself.
Reyna Villegas can’t understand why someone would shoot husband and she was asking anyone with information about the shooting to come forward so his killer can be caught.
