New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles fans gathered at dueling watch parties in Santa Monica to cheer on their teams in Super Bowl LII, until the Eagles beat the reigning champions and fans were sent into roaring celebrations at The Brittania Pub in Santa Monica.
