Meadow Walker, the 16-year-old daughter of actor Paul Walker, marked Father’s Day by posting a poignant tribute to her late dad on Instagram.
The post features a photo of Meadow as a baby being cradled in the arms of her father, who is kissing her just below the cheek. The caption simply read, “happy Father’s day.”
Since posting the touching tribute early Sunday afternoon, the photo has been liked more than 74,000 times and received more than 3,400 comments on Instagram.
Walker died at the age of 40 in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30, 2013, in Santa Clarita.
His last film, “Furious 7″ — the latest installment of the popular film franchise — opened in April and was enormously successful at the box office.
Walker’s “Fast and Furious” co-stars have continued to honor his memory in 2015, with Vin Diesel revealing shortly before the film’s release that he had named his newborn daughter Pauline after his friend.
