Pictures of Princess Charlotte that were taken by her mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, were released by Kensington Palace on Sunday.

The giddy 6-month-old can be seen calmly sitting in a chair in one photo, and laughing while admiring a stuffed toy in another.

The images were captured by Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, in early November, Kensington Palace tweeted.

“The Duke and Duchess hope everyone enjoys these new photos of Princess Charlotte as much as they do,” another tweet stated.

The images are the first time Charlotte has been seen publicly since her July christening, The Telegraph reported.

The duchess, reportedly an accomplished amateur photographer, also captured several images of Charlotte and her older brother, Prince George, in June.

Princess Charlotte of Cambridge was born May 2, and is fourth in line to the throne behind her grandfather Charles, the Prince of Wales; her father, William; and Prince George, who was born in July 2013.
