36% of California voters would recall Gov. Newsom, UC Berkeley poll finds

Just 36% of registered voters in California say they would vote to recall Gov. Gavin Newsom Newsom, according to a new UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies poll. Mark DiCamillo, director of the Berkeley poll, spoke to Inside California Politics about the latest recall data.
