samsung gear fit 2 review ktla richontech

There are so many fitness trackers on the market it’s tough to keep track of them! Recently I tested the brand new Samsung Gear Fit2, which has a few unique features including onboard GPS, a heart rate monitor and music storage. Add it up and this means you can leave your phone at home when you workout without sacrificing your tunes or exact maps of where you run. At $180 I find the Gear Fit2 to be one of the best trackers on the market if you want to leave your phone at home. Otherwise, you’ll be perfectly happy with a more basic tracker like the Fitbit Charge HR (includes heart rate) or the Fitbit Alta (doesn’t include heart rate). More info: Samsung Gear Fit2

jaybird freedom wireless bluetooth buds ktla review richontech

Jaybird makes some of the best wireless headphones out there and their Freedom Wireless Bluetooth Buds don’t disappoint. They are definitely on the more expensive side at $200 but you get what you pay for. For starters, these are premium headphones and you’ll immediately notice that in their minimalistic design. The buds come with ear tips in various sizes and materials including comfy foam tips from Comply. The buds give you 8 hours of playtime with the onboard battery and if you’re running low you can snap on the included charger, which doubles as a spare battery as well. Jaybird was recently purchased by Logitech, so expect to hear much more about this brand soon. More info: Jaybird Freedom Wireless Buds
