iHeartRadio and U-verse Launch Streaming Radio App for TV

Hundreds of radio stations are now available through your television screen!

Promotional consideration provided by AT&T.

iHeartRadio is more than just computer generated playlists – it lets you listed to local radio stations and personalities from across the country. Now, a new app from iHeartRadio and AT&T U-verse brings the streaming music service to the TV screen.

We talked to Lisa Foxx, a radio personality from the top rated 104.3 MYfm in Los Angeles about the new app. She thought the service on TV makes sense since people have great sound systems, and you can easily tune into your favorite station and listen all day long.

The iHeartRadio app lets you search by location, genre and artists. Check out some of my personal favorite stations – including Eclectic Radio, Elvis Duran, Dave Ramsey and of course MYfm.

And…about that internship I had at Star 98.7 with Lisa and Ryan. Here’s the deal – I only interned with Lisa and Ryan for a day because they had me hop around departments until they assigned me a time slot… which was Friday nights from 4 PM to Midnight. Perfect for a college kid. :)

Check out iHeartRadio on U-verse TV by tuning into channel 1532.
