Six Flags is making a splash this Memorial Day weekend as it gears up to open its water park, Hurricane Harbor, for the 2024 season.

The park, nicknamed “Southern California’s most thrilling water park,” has over 25 water slides and attractions. It will open on May 25.

Guests can enjoy slides and attractions like Bonzai Pipelines, Black Snake Summit, Lost Temple Rapids, The River Cruise lazy river and more.

“Guests of all ages can keep cool all summer long with unlimited fun for the entire family, including a wide variety of water adventures, relaxing cabanas and seating areas, and so much more. We’re excited for the thrilling summer season ahead,” Jeff Harris, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor park president, said in a statement.

For those looking for more relaxation than thrill, later this summer, the park’s new double-deck cabanas will make its debut.

“Located near the Forgotten Sea Wave Pool, these new upper and lower deck cabanas will feature a more premium experience with a branded welcome package, concierge service for food and drinks, private storage and premium lounge seating,” a news release said.
