March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. According to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer among men and women combined. As for adults age 45-49, 80% are not getting screened. Dr. James Simmons, nurse practitioner and founder of “Ask the NP,” discusses some of the major myths and facts that you need to know.
