After seven people were initially taken into custody following a barricade situation Sunday morning, five of them were arrested and charged with discharging a gun in public, according to police. Two others were released.

President-elect Donald Trump threatened on Monday to impose sweeping new tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China as soon as he takes office as part of his effort to crack down on illegal immigration and drugs.
