Clarice Lam puts a twist on Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a few weeks away, and pastry chef Clarice Lam has shared some nontraditional yet delicious fall dishes for everyone to enjoy.
Lam is the author of a new Asian-inspired cookbook, “Breaking Bao: 88 Bakes and Snacks from Asia and Beyond.” You can meet her at Valerie Confections in Glendale on Nov. 12 and at Book Soup in Los Angeles on Nov. 13.
