A high-speed pursuit through West L.A. ended with a violent crash into a home. Preliminary information indicates that CHP officers initiated a pursuit on the northbound span of the 405 Freeway near the Sepulveda Boulevard exit around 9:45 p.m. Saturday after the driver of the vehicle, a burgundy SUV, failed to yield. The driver then exited the freeway before turning around and going south on the 405, eventually exiting at Culver Boulevard in Culver City.
