KTLA 5’s Sam Rubin has received many honors in his life, but there was one that he never got that he wanted so badly.

It was a rating, any rating from Room Rater, the online room rating account on X, formerly Twitter.

During the pandemic, viewers may remember many journalists working virtually, appearing on Zoom and Skype. Because of this, Room Rater would rate the backgrounds of their videos.

Sure, Sam had some technical issues working from home- but he wanted to be a part of that special club of people who got a top rating on the account.

On Monday Sam finally received his rating.

The account posted a photo of Sam giving him the perfect score.

“Room Rater in Memoriam,” the account wrote. “For Sam Rubin who was every bit a 10/10.”

The “Godfather of Entertainment” passed away on May 10. He was 64 years old.
