Universal Studios Orlando teased that new projects for all its theme parks are in the works.

In a video promoting its latest theme park, Epic Universe, Karen Irwin, president and COO of Universal Studios Orlando, hinted that more projects are in the works.

“We have a slated of new attractions that are already in development for every one of our parks,” Irwin said in the video. “We are already planning for the next thing at Epic.”

While the video didn’t reveal more details about the upcoming attractions, Universal’s theme park chief, Mark Woodbury, recently teased “secret plans” for “Wicked”-themed attractions.

Woodbury didn’t share where the proposed “Wicked” attractions would be located.

News of new attractions coming to Universal Studios Orlando emerges as the resort prepares for the grand opening of Epic Universe.

The new theme park will include over 50 attractions plus entertainment, dining, and shopping options across other “worlds” themed to Universal Monsters, Super Mario, Harry Potter and How to Train Your Dragon franchises.

The park’s central hub, Celestial Park, will be an access point for the other areas. Celestial Park will also have gardens and fountains, a grand carousel, and a dual-launch racing coaster known as Starfall Racers.
