The top four candidates vying for the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s seat in the U.S. Senate will square off in a live debate Monday night.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Burbank), Rep. Katie Porter (D-Orange County), Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Oakland), and leading Republican contender Steve Garvey will meet on the debate stage at the KRON 4 News TV studio in San Francisco.

Inside California Politics hosts Frank Buckley and Nikki Laurenzo will moderate the debate, which is scheduled for one hour, starting at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Viewers can watch the debate on any of these Nexstar California TV stations or websites: KRON in San Francisco, KTLA in Los Angeles, KSWB in San Diego, KTXL in Sacramento, KSEE in Fresno and KGET in Bakersfield.

A poll released last week shows Schiff continues to lead the race, while Porter and Garvey are tied for second place, followed by Lee.

Regardless of party, the top two vote-getters in the March 5 primary election will advance to the Nov. 5 general election. Participating candidates have qualified by meeting these specific campaign and fundraising thresholds.
